What to report

Anything on getBrand.io you believe to be outside our Terms of Service, infringing someone's rights, or illegal.

Is this your own brand?

Claim your brand and edit the logos, colors and company details yourself. API responses then return the version you approved.

What to include

A plain email is enough. The clearer your note, the sooner we can answer it.

  • The identifier

    The brand domain where you saw it.

  • What is wrong

    Which rights the item infringes, in your own words. For trademarks, add the registration number or a link to the register.

  • Contact details

    Your name or company name and an email address we reply to.

  • A good-faith statement

    A line confirming you act in good faith and believe your information is accurate.

What happens after you send it

The same steps apply to every report.

    We give every report the same read, whoever sends it and whatever the brand.

    Where the report holds up, we hide the item, remove it, or restore our default result.

    You hear what we decided and why. Send more context and we take another look.

Brand removal

Own a brand we index and want it removed? Request removal here.

We respect the rights that sit behind every brand we index. We act on reports that show us where we got something wrong, and we keep the data we hold in line with what its owners tell us. Our Terms of Service carry the full wording.
