Request brand removal

If you own a brand we index and want it removed, write to us and we stop processing its data.

What a removal request does

We stop collecting, storing and serving the data tied to your domain, and add it to our no-crawl list so it is not picked up again. Brand owners, trademark holders and domain owners can ask at any time.

Prefer to update the data instead?

Claim your brand and edit the logos, colors and company details yourself. API responses then return the version you approved.

What to include

A plain email is enough. These four points let us act on it without coming back to you with questions.

  • The identifier

The brand domain your request covers, for example example.com.

  • Proof you hold the rights

A trademark number, a link to the register, company records, or evidence you control the domain. Agencies and law firms: name the company you act for.

  • Contact details

Your name or company name and an email address we reply to.

  • A good-faith statement

A line confirming you act in good faith and believe your information is accurate and complete.

What happens after you send it

The same steps apply to every request.

  1. 1

    We confirm receipt

You get an email confirming your request reached us.

  2. 2

    We check your claim

We check your evidence against the trademark register, company records or domain control.

  3. 3

    We stop serving the data

Once your claim checks out, we take the data out of our responses and clear it from cache.

  4. 4

    We add a no-crawl entry

Your identifier joins our no-crawl list, so our crawlers skip it until you withdraw the request.

  5. 5

    We confirm in writing

You get a second email once the removal is in place.

Who can send a request

Brands and domain owners

You hold the brand, the trademark or the domain rights. Agencies and law firms can file for you once they name the company they represent.

Individuals

Your personal data appears next to a domain we index. Use the same route, on top of the data protection rights we cover in our Privacy Policy.

Reporting content

If you believe you found brand data that infringes someone's rights or should not be shown, report it here. Anyone can send a report, brand owner or not.

We respect the rights that sit behind every brand we index. We act on removal requests without asking you to argue your case, and we keep the data we hold in line with what its owners tell us. Our Terms of Service carry the full wording.
